As the heat kicks in, we begin to remember the scorching days of the summer. The brief release from stress, worries, and problems as we spend time with our families and friends. The wave finally hits us as we get the first trip in the summer.
I was never a person who enjoyed summer very much. It is a bit controversial, but I think the best season is probably fall. I think more people would agree but summer is the time where people get breaks from classes so as a result it becomes their favorite.
This isn’t to say I hate summer. In fact, I think besides the frustratingly high temperatures, summer is great.
I’m writing this in fact to celebrate. Over the past year, everyone has dealt with highly stressful situations. Situations we never thought we would have to face or overcome. Yet, here we all are.
We overcame the odds held against us and survived what could be considered one of the worst years of our life. This summer is a just a symbol of how far we’ve all come since the day the pandemic has started.
Nothing makes me happier than knowing that we all made it through this stressful year. Thank you for support and everyone has stood each other’s side. Because of all the love and cooperation, we can all say we made it.
Cheers!
Each season has its high points, I love them all and am so glad we have survived this one together
